I’m excited to start writing again! It’s been too long. I used to blog more regularly, about a decade ago, but soon life got a little busy, priorities changed, and I let it fall to the wayside. But I’m back now.

Why am I writing online again? I’m convinced it’s the ultimate tool for personal growth.

First, writing is thinking.

Putting words on a page forces clarity — it reveals what you actually believe and where your thinking is still fuzzy. Writing publicly raises the stakes a bit, which makes me more precise and reflective. It’s how I practice clearer thinking, build awareness, and stay intellectually honest.

Second, writing accelerates learning.

I’m diving deep into AI and new tools right now, and the best way to learn is to explain what I’m figuring out. Documenting my process — successes, mistakes, half-baked ideas — helps me internalize what I learn and creates a record I can build on later. Writing is also a keystone habit: it compounds. The more consistently I do it, the more every other area of my life improves.

Third, sharing in public builds connection.

The internet rewards people who show their work. I want to meet others who are equally curious — people tinkering, learning, and experimenting. New friendships, unexpected collaborations, and serendipitous opportunities tend to happen when you share openly.

Fourth, writing online is a foundational skill.

Whether you’re building products, careers, or communities, clear writing translates everywhere. It sharpens communication, attracts the right people, and documents your evolution over time. Hard to find anything else that comes close.

I’m still thinking through the first projects I want to tackle — likely small AI-driven personal experiments — but for now, I’m just excited to start again.

Stay tuned for what’s next.
